Each domino is individually machined using one of our CNC machining centers. Anodize gives each domino a scratch resistant coating** There are three styles to choose from. Our standard set measures 1 x 2 x 3/8ths. Our deluxe tile increases the size thickness to slightly smaller then 1/2 and inch while retaining the length and width. Our tournament size exactly half an inch thick and the length and width increase by an eight of an inch so it measures 1.125 x 2.125.
Most domino manufacturers silk screen or laser engrave which is faster and more cost effective. We actually cut into the domino so that the engraving is deep below the surface. Engraving is done after the dominoes are anodized so the lettering is a shiny silver. All personalized domino sets are non-refundable.

Billet Bones is the inspiration of Ron Rosales, machinist/General Manager. The machines were available on the weekends so wanted to take advantage of the 125,000 dollar machines but I didn't know what to manufacture at the time. I am currently running them during the week to ensure quick delivery.
Back in 2001 the idea came around because we kept splitting, chipping and breaking the plastic dominoes that are prominent in toy stores. Plus, we were all tired of playing the same old cheap plastic dominoes. So I slowly started manufacturing one set at a time 8 years ago before settling on the exact design and look that I have now. They had to be exquisite, radiant, flashy, and very noticeable and eye appealing. The dots have to be the perfect depth and the light must make the bling during daytime or nighttime. The edges had to match the corners and it all had to match up like the lines would on a Lamborghini Murcielago. My dominoes are different, unique and very hard to find.
Billet Bones is not just a domino to me. It's a piece of artwork sculpted out of aluminum. Each piece is looked over and over many times before the dots and optional engraving is added.
My product is strategically positioned to target the expanding super-luxury consumer market. The person that wants it all or has it all.

Billet Bones is machined and manufactured in Tucson Arizona out of Arizona Research and Manufacturing. My dominoes have been played by the likes of Steve Harvey (actor, comedian), Ben Wallace (Chicago Bulls), Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez (Chicago White Sox), Ethan Kelly (Cleveland Browns), Dennis Northcutt (Jacksonville Jaguars), Gary Payton (Miami Heat), Michael Beasley (Miami Heat), Albert Pujols (St. Louis Cardinals), and many others celebrities and pro athletes.
I use an 8 step/operation process, and every step each domino is meticulously checked and re-checked to insure the quality is perfect.
*Concrete tables and any other rough surfaces will mar and scratch surface. Only play on wood or soft surfaces like plastic, cloth. Also, please be careful of "washing" the dominoes to hard. They hold up really good on the tops and bottoms but the anodize can fade on the sides due to heavy and hard "washing".
